About

A lot of laughs for a great cause

Each November Absolute Radio Live takes over the London Palladium for an evening of comedy that also raises money for charity.

In recent years the event has featured comedy giants like Frank Skinner, Jon Richardson, Rob Beckett, Chris Ramsey, Jo Caulfield, Nish Kumar, Matt Forde, Gary Delaney, Adam Hills, Tom Allen, Andrew Maxwell, Zoe Lyons and many more, who all took to the stage in aid of Stand Up To Cancer.

In early 2021, Absolute Radio announced radio’s biggest ever comedy night will return to the London Palladium on Sunday 21 November 2021 to benefit Teenage Cancer Trust*. This vital charity makes sure young people with cancer across the UK get the specialised care and support they need. With the goal that no young person will face the disease alone, Teenage Cancer Trust's services ensure they're in best possible place – physically, emotionally and mentally – during treatment and beyond.

Organisers revealed that Absolute Radio Live 2021 will once again be hosted by much-loved comedian and Absolute Radio presenter Frank Skinner. The line-up includes Dara Ó Briain, Joe Lycett, Judi Love, Angela Barnes, Phil Wang and Glenn Moore, with more names still to be revealed, as comedy lovers can expect a plethora of Britain’s best loved comedians to take the stage.

FAQS

Teenage Cancer Trust is a registered UK charity.

On average seven young people between the ages of 13 and 24 will hear the words "you have cancer". Even those who have family and healthcare professionals around them may feel scared, alone and lacking control. Cancer can uproot everything – from exams and careers to relationships and life plans.

In helping young people who have cancer across the country, Teenage Cancer Trust makes sure they get the care and support they need. Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to meeting this vital need, so no young person has to face cancer on their own.
