The M25 (London orbital), the A2/A20 (from the South East) and the M11 (from the North) all offer good access and The O2 is clearly signposted.

By taxi
North Greenwich station has its own dedicated taxi rank.

By National Rail
Charlton station is just a 20 minute walk away, or a short ride on either a 486, 472 or 161 bus from North Greenwich station. All these buses start their route form North Greenwich so there is no confusion as to which way to go!

By Docklands Light Railway
Just one stop away at Canary Wharf or Canning Town.

By bicycle
Various cycle routes lead to The O2 and on arrival we have masses of cycle racks available to use.

By tube
The Jubilee Line to North Greenwich for The O2 (Zone 2).

London Bridge or Stratford in 10 minutes
Waterloo in 15 minutes
Bond Street in 20 minutes

Car parking for Bubble events is located in car park 4 (with an overflow in car park 2). The tariff is set at £5.00 for a 24hr period which is payable on arrival.

The Peninsula and other areas of Greenwich is a Controlled Parking Zone and there is no parking on the roads surrounding The O2.

General Rules

For legal reasons alcohol may only be consumed within premises that hold a relevant license, customers must stay within the demise of the premises where they bought the drink.

The O2 is a public area contained within the tent structure with over 20 bars and restaurants and can get very busy. If you intend to bring a picnic we ask that you try not to sit in large groups, and to be especially careful not to block walkways and emergency exits.
No food or drink is allowed within the O2 bubble itself.

Due to the delicate nature of the artefacts, no cameras are allowed within the exhibition. Guests are allowed to take photographs outside The O2 bubble.


The O2 is a non smoking building.
No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the venue. A variety of food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase.

The use of unauthorised cameras, video or sound recording equipment (including without limitation, mobile phones or other devices used for such purpose), is prohibited and such items may be confiscated.
