The world’s best athletes will once again descend upon Crystal Palace on 26-27 July for the British Athletics London Grand Prix.
As part of the prestigious Samsung Diamond League, this event features the world’s best athletes in what will be a star-studded line-up. The fast pace of this thrilling athletics meet will keep everyone glued to their seat from start to finish. Whether it is the drama of the 100 metres that gets your heart racing, or the breathtaking performances on the field, you will certainly not be disappointed.
Start your weekend in the right way with Friday night under the lights at the Palace. This is only opportunity of the season to experience world class athletics under the floodlights which gives a completely different feel to the event. Continue your athletics weekend on Saturday to experience the second day of the Samsung Diamond League’s only two-day event. Whether you want to share the action and fun with friends or bring the family along, there is something for everyone.
Off the track, the Spectator Village features fun activities for everyone. From running, jumping and throwing activities for kids, to athlete signings for the both kids and big kids alike.
Britain’s favourites, Mo Farah, Christine Ohuruogu and Perri Shakes-Drayton have all competed at this event in recent years along with global superstars such as Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Carmelita Jeter, Sally Pearson, Asafa Powell and Tyson Gay.
