Monday - Saturday: 10:00-20:00

Box Office Collection Accepted

Collect from the venue on the day of the show in the hour before the start of the performance. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets

Accessible Seating

Non wheelchair-bound customers (who can sit in a regular theatre seat) can sit in the orchestra stalls. Book as normal.

General Rules

No cameras or recording devices in the auditorium.

Children Rules

Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat.

No children under five. Children aged five and over are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience.

Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
