10am – 6pm Monday to Saturday, except on performance nights when we stay open until 8.30pm

On Sundays when we have a performance the foyer box office is open from 3 hrs before curtain up

All major credit cards accepted on the 24 hr booking line.All forms of payment are accepted at the box office.

Box Office Collection Accepted

Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card and Ticketmaster Booking Reference Number as proof of purchase.

Accessible Seating

Reserved seating as allocated when booking.The London Colliseum has a capacity of 2358.The seating is arranged on four tiers; the stalls, the dress circle, the upper circle and the balcony.

The Coliseum has an Access scheme for disabled members of the audience – enquiries to the box office on 0871 472 0666

No children under the age of 5 unless the event is specifically designated as "child friendly". For the ENO performances there is a child discount at all performances.
