Types of Payment Accepted

Visa, Switch/Maestro, Mastercard (for credit cards venue charge a fee of £1.50), Cheques (with guarantee card). Postal Booking available please include a SAE or an additional £1.00 for postage.

Box Office Collection Accepted

Ticket collection is available from the Box Office on the day of the show between 10am - 4pm or 6pm-7.45pm. Customers must bring the debit or credit card used to make the booking and the Ticketmaster reference number. The cardholder will be required to sign for tickets.

Accessible Seating

Access to the Pier Theatre for disabled patrons is available, access to all areas via ramps where necessary.

Strictly no cameras, video cameras or recording equipment. All mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.

Children Rules

Children over the age of 1 year will require a ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions arew available.
