Tickets held for collection can be collected on the day of the event from the on-site box office. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.

Accessible Seating

The venue is accessible for wheelchair users.

Accessible toilets located in the following areas:

Main West Stand foyer
West Stand first floor
South Stand terrace
South Stand first and second floor.

The venue can accommodate up to 67 wheelchairs.
One carer goes free with the wheelchair user additional carers pay full price.

Ambulant disabled and wheelchair users are in the same area.

There is no disabled parking, although the Park and Ride buses are wheelchair accessible.

- No cameras or audio recording equipment will be permitted within the ground.
- No furniture will be permitted inside the ground; please do not bring with you. Rugs are acceptable.

There is no minimum age of admittance.

All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
