The RFU Ticket Office is located in the South East corner of the Stadium (on the corner of Whitton and Rugby Road)

The ticket office will open on the day of the event for collections. Opening hours vary. Please check the relevant event page at www.rfu.com/Tickets for times.

PLEASE NOTE ALL TICKETS NEED TO BE COLLECTED AT LEAST 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO KICK OFF.

General Rules

No video cameras or recording devices allowed

Children Rules

All children aged two years and over will require a valid match ticket.

Under two years they will not require a ticket as it is assumed that they would be seated on their parent/guardian's lap. If asked, the venue would still discourage spectators from bringing babes in arms and under two years old into the Stadium.

All children under five years old should be seated in the enclosures or lower tiers.

Under 16's *MUST* be accompanied by an adult.
