The theatre box office is open Monday-Saturday 10:00-20:00. Box office sales are suspended from 14:00-15:15 Thursday and Saturday.

Types of Payment Accepted:

All major credit and debit cards accepted on the 24 hr booking line.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card used to purchase the tickets and Ticketmaster booking reference number with you, as the cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Accessible Seating:

For disabled access, dress circle seats are recommended. For further information about special needs please contact the box office direct on (020) 7447 5459.

The easiest access for those with disabilities to enter the theatre is via the Dress Circle entrance on Greek Street. The venue can accommodate two regular sized wheelchairs plus an escort in a box in the Dress Circle, for those who cannot transfer from their wheelchairs.

If a customer can transfer to a seat, there is a total of four seats that can be accessed. All disabled patrons must be accompanied by an escort. Accessible toilets are located in the foyer of the theatre. Refer to box office on 020 7447 5459.

Children Rules:

No babes in arms. Young children are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy infants.
