The Phoenix Theatre is on Charing Cross Rd about a 5 min walk from Tottenham Court Rd tube. Situated on the left hand side of the road near Foyles Bookshop.

Parking:

NCP car parks in Great Russell St and Upper St Martins Lane, but would advise using public transport.

Ticketmaster credit card line is open 24 hrs. Box Office at the venue Mon-Sat 10:00-20:00.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and the Ticketmaster booking reference number as proof of purchase.

Children Rules:

No babes in arms. Young children are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy infants.

The theatre consists of three levels orchestra stalls, dress circle and upper circle. Capacity 1,012 approx. No Air conditioning.
