Parking

There is limited pay and display parking available at the venue. Alternative car parking facilities, within walking distance of the venue are located as follows

Brindley Place - access via Sheepcote Street
Brindley Place - access via Cambridge Street
Civic Centre - access via Cambridge Street
Pay and Display tickets may be purchased from the machines situated on each level. An appropriate ticket must be displayed inside windscreen and the expiry date and time must be clearly visible from the outside.
Parking Charges:
Up to 2 hours £2.20
2-3 hours £3.30
4-8 hours £6.60
8-24 hours £8.00
Ticket machines will accept 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 and £2 coins and several also accept payment by debit/credit card. They do not give change but will accept overpayments.
For your assistance, change machines are permanently located near the entrances of both North Car Park and South Car Park.
All charges are inclusive of VAT and apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Birmingham's New Street and Snow Hill stations are only 10 minutes walk from the venue.

The box office opening hours are flexible, depending on events taking place, but are generally: Monday-Friday 9:00-20:00; Saturday 10.00-17:00; Sunday 12:00-17:00.

Box Office Collection Accepted

Collect from the venue on the day of the event. Take credit card and Ticketmaster reference number with you.

Accessible Seating

The arena offers excellent facilities for clients with disabilities. They produce a fact sheet that includes help with parking, seating, medical problems, visual alternatives, hearing assistance, wheelchair loan etc. Clients in need of such information should contact the Arena office on 0121 782 3555, who will be more than happy to help.
