By car: The National Indoor Arena is well served by the M5, M40, M1, M6 and is well sign-posted on all approaches.
M6 Major Roadworks, Birmingham - work in progress: June - November 2004
M6 Junction 8 (M5 Interchange) - M6 Junction 5-6 (near Spagetti Junction) - A38(M) Aston Expressway
The Highways Agency and Birmingham City Council will be resurfacing three areas of motorway near Birmingham - two sections of the M6 and a section of the A38(M) Aston Expressway.
Work will start on 7 June and continue on the M6 until the end of November 2004. Work on the A38(M) will start in early July and be completed by September 2004.
To travel to and around Birmingham, you can either use the restricted routes provided through the M6 and A38(M) roadworks or use other routes. Park and Ride Services (bus, train or metro) into the city centre are also available.

Parking:
There are four car parks that support the Arena, giving a total of more than 2,300 spaces. The car parks are multi-storey and divided into north and south. Entrances are from the following roads: North - King Edward`s Road. South upper - Sheepcote Street. South lower - St Vincent Street. Community Hall - Junction Sheepcote St/King Edward`s Rd. All car parks are Pay and Display. Charges apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Nearest rail: Birmingham New Street. Also near Moor Street and Snow Hill.

The box office opening hours are flexible, depending on events taking place, but are generally: Monday-Friday 9:00-20:00; Saturday 10.00-17:00; Sunday 12:00-17:00.
Box Office Collection Accepted:
Collect from the venue on the day of the event. Take credit card and Ticketmaster reference number with you.
Accessible Seating:
The arena offers excellent facilities for clients with disabilities. They produce a fact sheet that includes help with parking, seating, medical problems, visual alternatives, hearing assistance, wheelchair loan etc. Clients in need of such information should contact the Arena management office on 0121 200 2202, who will be more than happy to help.

No video cameras or recording devices are allowed.

THE TWEENIES Customers with babes in arms must contact the venue on 0870 909 1998 A baby is defined as a child under 1 year old too young to be able to sit on a seat or walk. All other children will require a paid seat.
