The tower is on the north side of the Thames near Tower bridge. The ice rink is located in the Tower of London Moat on the Tower Hill tube station side of the Tower.

Box Office Hours:

The ice rink box office will open from 30 minutes before the first session and close 30 minutes after the last session has gone on the ice. Customers are advised to arrive at the venue at least 20 minutes before their pre booked skate session.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Care of Box office tickets can be collected from the on site box office at rink side on the day of the event. Please take your ticketmaster reference number and credit card.

Accessible Seating:

The rink and Tower are both accesible to disabled patrons. If you wish to book a wheelchair user on to the ice contact the call centre 0870 602 1100.

Wheelchair users are welcome to book tickets for the ice rink. The Wheelchair user must have a helper with them. The customer needs to buy one ticket for the wheelchair user and the helper goes free.
Whilst on the ice the wheels of the chair must remain
Locked and the helper must remain with the wheelchair User at all times.

General Rules:

If visiting the Tower before or after your skate session please note that photography is not permitted in the Jewel House or Martin Chamber.

Children Rules:

Children under 12 must be accompanied on the ice by an adult. Chidren over 16 must pay full price.

Miscellaneous:

Patrons are reminded that skating can be dangerous.

Joint tickets are available which give you a one hour skate session of your choice and entry in to the Tower on the day of your skate. for further information and to book Joint tickets call 0870 602 1100 and select the Joint skating and admission option when prompted.
