Street parking in Birmingham City Centre is limited however Londonderry Road NCP Car Park is located 2 mins walk from the Academy and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The price tariff is below:

Public Transportation:

The nearest rail station from national destinations is New Street Station with approximately 10 minutes walk from venue. From local destinations Moor Street Station is just a 3 minute walk, Snow Hill Street Station is just a little further at 5 minutes walk from the venue. Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets left for collcection can be picked up on the door, on the day of the event, from when doors open. This is usually 19:00.

Please take the Ticketmaster reference number and the card used as payment with you.

The card holder will need to sign for the tickets. If the card holder is not present then a FORMAL letter of authorisation must be given to whoever is. This person must then bring some ID in order to prove they are the named person.
This formal letter should state that 'I..(enter cardholder's name)...authorize..(enter person collecting tickets name)...to collect the ticket(s) on my behalf', it must include the confirmation number given at the time of booking, the last 4 digits and the issue number of the card they were booked on and be signed by the card holder. This is a legal document designed to protect you from fraudulent use of your card, therefore, a poorly scribbled note on a scrap of paper will not suffice.
TICKETS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO YOU WITHOUT ANY OF THE ABOVE SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING IT WITH YOU.

Accessible Seating:

The venue is accessible to disabled customers. To book your space in the viewing area or for any other enquiries please contact the venue on 0121 262 3000 pressing option 6.

General Rules:

No professional 'type' cameras, video cameras, tape recorders or other recording equipment are allowed into the venue.

Children Rules:

Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by a ticket holding adult for all gigs unless otherwise stated. All gigs and club nights that have a curfew beyond 23:00 are for over 18s only.

Miscellaneous:

Alcohol and soft drinks are available throughout the show. Friday and Saturday shows will finish by 22:00 due to the venue's weekly club nights. Please contact the venue if you require specific show times, the week of the show, by calling 0121 262 3000 and pressing option 3.
