On foot from London Bridge Station: Take Borough High Street exit and head towards Borough Market. At Borough Market, turn right into Stoney Street and continue until the end. Then turn left into Clink Street. Vinopolis entrance is on the left opposite The Anchor pub.

Important Information
Saturday's are the most popular day to visit Vinopolis, due to this, queues are likely to occur throughout. We take every measure to minimise disruption, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Pre booking is essential to guarantee entry between 5.30 and 7pm on a Thursday & Friday and 12 noon and 7pm on a Saturday.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Collect from the reception desk at the main entrance to Vinopolis on the day of the visit. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets so please take the credit card used for the booking and Ticketmaster reference number to enable collection. If you have queries regarding this, please contact the customer services department.

Accessible Seating:

Disabled access throughout. There is ramp access at the main entrance and disabled toilet facilities. A very limited number of wheelchairs available free of charge. Anyone requiring the use of a wheelchair should contact the Vinopolis sales team on (0870) 2414 040. Groups (i.e. a coach party) should call the advance booking line on (0870) 4444 777.

General Rules:

- Photography is allowed. - Consumption of customers own food and drink is not permitted.

Children Rules:

All children between the ages of five to fifteen are welcome to Vinopolis FREE of charge. Children 16 and over are considered adults and charged full admission. A paying adult must accompany children.

Furthermore, newly opened is The Bombay Sapphire Experience at Vinopolis. Located beneath two Victorian arches this experience adds a whole new dimension and a Bombay Sapphire Cocktail to the Vinopolis offering. Tantalise your taste buds at Cantina Vinopolis and Wine Wharf and to complete your unique Vinopolis Experience visit Majestic Wine Store and Vinopolis Vaults. Admission to Vinopolis is NOT timed for individuals. Admission IS timed for groups. Expected duration of each visit is approximately three hours. Saturdays are very busy - please try to arrive by midday. Vinopolis Vaults provides all you desire to create your own shrine to wine. Stocking glassware, fabulous accessories, books and souvenirs, it is even possible to purchase a personalised wine cellar for your home. Opening times: Vinopolis Vaults opens at 12 noon every day, closing 30 minutes after The Vinopolis Tour.
