Blackburn Rail Station is 5 minutes from the venue.The venue is signed on the brown signs on all routes into Blackburn.

Parking:

There are several hundred parking spaces within walking distance of the venue. Most is free after 6pm. There is also a pay and display car park next to the Waves Water Fun Centre across the way from the venue free after 18:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

The town centre multi-storey car park is locked at 23:00.

Box Office Hours:

The box office is located in the ticketshop, Northgate, Blackburn. Opening hours 09:00 – 17:00 Mon - Fri (closes early at 16:00 during Jul/Aug) 10:00 – 16:00 Saturday. On performance days the box office remains open until end of the first interval. If a performance day is a Sunday, Box Office is open for 2 hours prior to the show.

Types of Payment Accepted:

cash, cheques and credit cards.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Collect tickets from the reception desk in the main foyer during the hour prior to the the performance. Please take the credit card and Ticketmaster reference number as proof of purchase.

Accessible Seating:

The venue is accessible to those with special needs. A series of ramps and lifts make almost every level accessible by wheelchair, except the concert hall balcony. Guide dogs welcome. Disabled toilets at all levels except balcony. Infra red hoop system for the hard of hearing - headset and earpieces available at reception. No recorders or cameras.Performances may contain strobe lighting.Smoking/alcohol only permitted in the auditorium for social events/dances. Prohibited at formal concerts.Venue annoucements and signage indicate policy.

Parental guidance/accompanied children is preferred.Please check before booking regarding the childrens policy.If the presentation is aimed at adults only, no under 16s will be admitted.
