For events in the Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court, the best entrance is usually the Strand.
For exhibitions in the Embankment Galleries, please use the Embankment entrance.

On site payment: Cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Pls note Diners & Amex are not accepted.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets can be collected on the day from the on site box office. Take the credit card used for the booking and the Ticketmaster reference number, as the card holder may be required to sign for the tickets.

Accessible Seating:

Somerset House is accessible for wheelchairs users. Free companion tickets are available on most events and exhibitions.

During the season of open air concerts, a ramp gives access to a viewing platform. Pls note, space on the platform is limited and a place on it is not guaranteed. If a place is not available on the platform, general admission to the Edmond J. Safra Fountain Court provides a good view of the concert stage.

General Rules:

No cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices. Bottles, cans, glass and alcohol may not be taken in to the courtyard.
