Box Office 18:30 to 21:30 Tuesday - Thursday and Sunday, 18:30 to 01:30 Friday to Saturday. Variable opening hours on Monday.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up from 18:30 for the 20:00 show and from 23:00 for the midnight show. This is a general admission venue. Groups are advised to arrive early, preferably before 19:30, if they wish to be seated together (although this cannot be guaranteed).
The cardholder must take the credit card and Ticketmaster Booking Reference Number as proof of purchase. If the card presented does not match the details in the booking, entry may be refused.

Accessible Seating:

The stairway from street level to the venue has been made extra wide in order to accommdate those with mobility problems, and staff will be available to assist. There is also a disabled toilet. Please refer to the venue for more information. Please inform the venue in advance if any customer requires special assistance.

General Rules:

No camera, video cameras or recording devices allowed. Student Concessions and Discounts for Nurses are only available at the door on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (midnight only) and Sunday nights (subject to availability) for £8.00.

Children Rules:

No under 18s.

Miscellaneous:

All seating is on a first come first served basis. A diner style menu is available, serving tacos, basket chicken, burgers, sandwiches and so on. Vegetarian available. Food is eaten on ones knees during the show. There are no tables in the auditorium. Happy Hour every night at the bar 18:30-19:30.
