Monday - Saturday: 09:00 - 17:00 non-show days, on show days until start of the performance.

Sunday/Bank and public holidays: Closed unless there is a show and then open only one and half hours prior to performance start time.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Collect from the venue on the day of the show during Box Office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The card holder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Accessible Seating:

There is an infra-red system installed for the hard of hearing which works in all areas of the auditorium. Headsets can be obtained from the box office.

General Rules:

No glass or chewing gum to be taken into the auditorium.
No cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices.
No smoking.
Mobile phones must be switched off.
Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

Children Rules:

Babes-in-arms (children under 2 years old) will not be allowed in the theatre.

Children aged 2 - 15 years old shall require their own ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking.

Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
