Parking:
There are two car parks immediately adjacent to the building both priced £4. The larger one on Apsley Grove also uses Bookers cash and carry car park as an overflow. The smaller car park on the Hyde Rd side of the building caters for our disabled patrons with a limited number of spaces used on a first come first served basis.*** Patrons are asked to use official car parks at all times ***

Box Office Hours:
Manchester Apollo box office only operates on show days.Monday - Saturday: 14:30 until the show begins.
Sunday: 17:30 until the show begins.
Customers wishing to buy tickets over the counter may do so at the Manchester Palace Theatre Box Office on Oxford Road which is open 12pm - 6pm Monday - Saturday, or alternatively at the Tourist Information Centre in the Town Hall daily from 9am.

Collect from the venue on the day of the show during box office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.Accessible Seating:

From Sunday 1st July 2007, in line with Government legislation, the Manchester Apollo will be an entirely no smoking venue.There will be no designated smoking areas in or around the venue, and a strict policy of no re-admission will be enforced.
Anyone found smoking anywhere within the venue will be requested to leave without refund.

Children Rules:
Children under 2 do not require a ticket. Please check event restrictions and suitability prior to purchasing a ticketIf the show is not specifically aimed at an adult-only audience, children aged one year and older are admitted providing they can sit up straight in a seat and that the parent is confident the child will not be a distraction for other members of the audience.
Everyone must have a valid ticket. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove noisy children.
If any discounts are available for children, the maximum age to qualify is 16 years old.
