Box Office Collection Accepted:

Collect from the venue on the day of the show during box Office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets. No letters of authorisation will be accepted.

Accessible Seating:

Babes in arms (children under two years old) shall be admitted free of charge to children's shows and pantomimes only.

Children aged 2 - 15 years old shall require their own ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking.

Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
