On Sundays when there is a show, the box office opens shortly before the performance.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Collect from the venue on the day of the show during Box Office opening hours. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The card holder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Children Rules:

Babes-in-arms (children under 2 years old) will be allowed into the theatre on childrens performances only, with one of the parent ticket being stamped with child under 2 on arrival at the theatre.

Children aged 2 - 15 years old shall require their own ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions are available at the time of booking.

Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
