Types of Payment Accepted:

Visa, Switch/Maestro, Mastercard, Cheques ( with guarantee card). Postal Booking available please include a SAE or an additional £1.00 for postage

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Ticket collection is available from the Box Office on the day of the show between 10am - 5pm. Customers must bring the debit or credit card used to make the booking and the Ticketmaster reference number. The cardholder will be required to sign for tickets.

Accessible Seating:

Access to the Pier Theatre for disabled patrons is available, access to all areas via ramps where necessary.

General Rules:

Strictly no cameras, video cameras or recording equipment. All mobile phones must be switched off during the performance.

Children Rules:

Children over the age of 1 year will require a ticket, which shall be at full price if no child concessions arew available.
