Box Office Hours:

Monday - Saturday: 10:00 - 15 minutes after the start of the performance (17:30 on non-show days)

On Sundays when there is a show, the box office opens shortly before the performance begins

Amex, Mastercard, Visa (credit and debit), Switch/Maestro, cash, cheques (with guarantee card)

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Collect from the venue on the day of the show in the hour before the start of the performance. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Guide dogs permitted in all areas with the patron

General Rules:

Children Rules:

Babes-in-arms (Children under two years old) will not be allowed in the theatre except during the pantomime or other show aimed at young children. Under these circumstances, babes-in-arms may enter without a ticket provided they do not occupy a seat.

Children aged two - 15 years old shall require their own ticket which shall be at full price, if no child concessions are available at the time of booking.

We don't allow children 14 and under without a 16+ adult accompanying them.

Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
