Sell Your Tickets On the #1 Ticketing Site

Step by Step


STEP 1: FIND YOUR EVENT

Search for the event. Once you find it, make sure the event lists the same date, time and venue as your original tickets. Please note that not all events are enabled for resale, only those events with the "Sell Your Tickets" tab allow resale through TicketExchange.

Select the "Sell Your Tickets" tab. If you purchased your tickets online, you can sell your tickets directly from "My Account" in the Order History section; just look for the "Sell My Tickets" link.

Important: Only tickets that were originally purchased through Ticketmaster or the venue box office are eligible for resale on TicketExchange.




STEP 2: CREATE A SELLER PROFILE

Once you have located the event you want to sell with TicketExchange, you will need to create a Seller Profile. Please ensure that you have stored your address correctly. TicketExchange sale proceeds will be sent in the form of a cheque. Once we have received and processed your remittance form and tickets, we will request that your cheque is sent. Due to the high volume of requests, this may take two or three weeks.



STEP 3: POST TICKETS

You will need to enter your ticket barcode number so we can verify the authenticity of your tickets. If you have a TicketFast ticket, please print out the ticket(s) prior to posting.

Your barcode number can be found under the barcode on your actual ticket. Additionally, you will be asked to enter your posting price and a posting expiration date.



STEP 4: ONCE YOUR TICKETS SELL

If sold, your original tickets are automatically voided and new tickets are issued to the buyer. To receive payment, you will need to print and complete a remittance form and send it with your original tickets.

We aim to send out cheques within two weeks of having received and processed your remittance form and tickets. Due to the heavy volume of requests, it may take a little longer than anticipated. If you have not received your payment within three weeks of your form and tickets being verified, please contact us. Please ensure that you have stored your address correctly.
