60,000 fans will witness titans Linkin Park and one of the biggest rock acts of all time Metallica - headlining at the first ever Sonisphere - a full-on weekend-long camping festival.

Sonisphere Festival has already put together a line-up of the biggest and best rock bands in the world. Now they have announced that all booking fees will be abolished on weekend and weekend camping tickets!

Sonisphere is also going greener and reducing their carbon footprint by helping you arrive at the stunning setting of Knebworth house by coach , and have arranged free coach travel from Manchester, Birmingham and London with the good people at National Express. Coaches are going to run on Friday and drop you off right into the festival site in time for all the Bohemian craziness running on Friday night and will leave on Monday morning again from the site, so all you need to do after your weekend of madness is pack your tent up and sleep the whole way home!

Add to this all the usual festival madness, stalls, funfairs, jugglers, fire eaters and general rock debauchery, for a full-on festival that is a cut above the rest!
