Event Details
The Aviva Series returns to South Yorkshire for another year of exhilarating athletics action as the Aviva Indoor UK Trials and Championships roll into Sheffield on 11-12 February 2012.
The competition is set to be fierce as Britain's best athletes battle it out for a host of national titles. Plus, with the IAAF World Indoor Championships taking place in March, the athletes will be competing for selection to the Aviva GB&NI team to compete at the prestigious event in Istanbul. With so much on the line for our British athletes, the tension will be palpable and emotions running high on what will be a jam packed weekend of athletics action at EIS-Sheffield.
This exciting event provides entertainment for the whole family, both on and off the track with a host of games and activities available in the Exhibition Area.
You might be hungry for the action on the track, but away from it you can settle those stomachs with a wide range of food and drinks from the exhibition area. And of course, UKA mascot Spike will be at the EIS all day to meet fans and pose for photos - make sure you say hello if you see him!
