The arena is located at the Newcastle end of Redheugh Bridge. By car: A1 North / South, take A184 to city centre and follow signs to the car parks.
Parking
On-site parking avaliable, which can be pre-booked at a discounted rate during ticket purchase.
Public Transportation
Nearest Metro: Newcastle Central (ten minute walk to the arena)

Tickets may be collected at the box office from four weeks prior to the event, up until the day of the event itself. Take the credit card and Ticketmaster reference number as proof of purchase. The cardholder must be present to sign for the tickets.
Accessible Seating
The venue is accessible for special needs customers. Please contact the venue direct on 0191 260 6066. There are special entrances at the front of the building and lifts available. There is also seating at floor level and the last row of tiered seating. 104 wheelchair spaces (helpers may accompany) - usage depends on configuration of event.

No food or drink to be taken into the arena.
