Deposit Ticket Scheme Terms & Conditions
Weekend only general admission and weekend only VIP admission tickets for Global Gathering 2012 can be bought using a Deposit Ticket Scheme (DTS). This allows tickets to be paid for over two payments: the first payment being 'the deposit' and the second payment being 'the balance due'.
The DTS is available to any customer buying a ticket between 09:00 Friday 20th January 2012 and 17:00 on Wednesday 29th February 2012. The deposit must be paid within these times.
The deposit that must be made for a general admission ticket is £50.00, plus a per ticket booking fee of £9.99. The total deposit for a general admission ticket is therefore £59.99. The deposit that must be made for a VIP admission ticket is £50.00 plus a per ticket booking fee of £12. The total deposit for a VIP admission ticket is therefore £62.00.
The balance due for either ticket type must be paid before 17:00 on Friday 30th March 2012. You can call Ticketmaster on 08444 999 999 at any time up to 17:00 on Friday 30th March 2012 to pay the balance due. If you do not call Ticketmaster, then the balance due will be automatically taken from the credit or debit card information provided by you when you paid the deposit. This payment will be taken on or around Friday 30th March 2012. If your card is declined, you will be contacted for an alternative card, if we are not provided with an alternative card by Wednesday 4th April 2012, your ticket will be voided, but you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
The transaction will be completed only once you have paid the balance due. It is recommended that you ensure that funds are available on your debit or credit card to ensure that the processing of the balance due can be made smoothly on or around Friday 30th March 2012. The balance due for a general admission ticket will be £49.00. The balance due for a VIP admission ticket will be £125.00. A per transaction order processing fee will also be added and paid for at this time. The order processing fee will vary depending on the delivery and payment method you choose.
If a deposit has been made for a general admission ticket you may be able to upgrade to a VIP admission ticket when paying the balance due. This is subject to availability. This will require a payment of £125.00 for the ticket, plus a further £2.01 per ticket booking fee, plus the per transaction order processing fee. You will need to contact Ticketmaster before Friday 30th March 2012 to inform us if you wish to upgrade. Failing that, you will only be charged for the general admission deposit ticket you originally purchased. If the deposit paid has been made for a VIP admission ticket, you will not be able to change this ticket to a general admission ticket.
The DTS requires that a full commitment is made to purchase a ticket and that a payment of the full ticket price, plus booking fee and delivery charges is made by Friday 30th March 2012. The deposit is non-refundable and no claim can be made to recover this money whatsoever.
If you do not pay the balance due by Friday 30th March 2012, you will lose your deposit and the ticket to which you were entitled to under the DTS. These special Terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Terms and Conditions for Ticketmaster.
