Standard Post

We send most of our tickets out by standard post, so they'll usually arrive within 72 hours of being sent.

If you chose standard post, please give it until 3 days before the event for your tickets to arrive - even once they've left us, it can sometimes take a little longer than expected to get to you through the post. Don't worry though - if they still haven't arrived by 3 days before, just get in touch and we'll make sure you get in.

We only send tickets to the billing address of the credit card used to book. If the address for your booking doesn't match your credit card's billing address, your tickets may be cancelled.

International Mail Customers

If we can't get the tickets to you through the post in enough time to get you into your event, we'll make them available to pick up from the box office instead.

If your address changes before we've sent your tickets out, please contact us as soon as possible.
