Standard Mail
Ticketmaster aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. If you have not received your tickets within five days of the event, please contact us as soon as possible. Ticketmaster only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit card company, we may cancel your tickets.
Some types of tickets have posting restrictions, including:
International Mail Customers - If we can't post the tickets to you in time, delivery through the post will not be an option in the booking process, so international customers will be asked to pick up tickets at the box office.
If your address changes before we are able to post your tickets, please contact us immediately. In order to change your address details, we require written confirmation of your new address in the form of a photocopy of the card statement with your new address printed on it.
