Ticketmaster aims to dispatch tickets as soon as possible. If you have not received your tickets within five days of the event, please contact us as soon as possible. Ticketmaster only posts tickets to the billing address of a credit card. If the address in your booking does not correspond to that held by your credit card company, we may cancel your tickets.

Some types of tickets have posting restrictions, including:

International Mail Customers - If we cannot dispatch the tickets to you via the standard postal service in enough time to get you into your event, international customers will be asked to pick up tickets at the box office.

If your address changes before we are able to post your tickets, please contact us immediately.
