How to buy tickets

We wish to make your experience here at Ticketmaster as easy as possible, so we've put together this step-by-step guide to buying tickets. Once you find the event you are looking for, Ticketmaster offers three easy ways to purchase tickets.

Online

1. Select a specific event date and click on "Find Tickets" to go to the order form.

2. To look for tickets*
  • Select the number of tickets you'd like to purchase.
  • Select the Ticket Price/Section.
  • Click the "Look For Tickets" button.
* Ticketmaster searches for the best available tickets based on the criteria you enter. Please adhere to any posted ticket limits.

3. Review ticket details
The details of your order are displayed. You'll be able to view the best available tickets that were found, look at a seating chart and select your delivery method. You will have two minutes to review and complete this page. If your order is not completed in two minutes, the booking will be cancelled. The reason behind this is when you are shopping for tickets, you are "holding" real inventory and no one else can purchase those tickets unless you release them by not completing your order. So, due to high demand, we implemented a time limit during the checkout process to give as many people as possible a chance to purchase tickets.

4. Enter billing information
Please have your credit card and billing information ready. You may be asked for your Card Identification Number (CIN), which is the last three digits located on the back of your card in the signature strip. If your credit card is an American Express card the CIN is the four digits on the front of your card. You will have three minutes to review and complete this page. If your order is not completed in three minutes, the tickets will be released. Once you click on the "Submit Order" button, your credit card will be charged.

For your protection, tickets can only by mailed to the cardholder's billing address. Once the booking has been received, we will send a confirmation email with your event and billing information.

5. Confirmation page
Your order is complete when you receive an order number. Please print this page for your reference. You can check the status of your order(s) by logging in to My Ticketmaster.

In Person at Ticket Centres

UK Ticket Centres
Ticketmaster works with a number of retail partners to provide fully computerised entertainment ticketing services that enable people to book their tickets in person. There are 70 retail locations in England, Scotland and Wales where customers can go into a shop, be serviced by a member of staff and have their tickets booked for them. It's quick, easy and convenient. The Ticket Centre staff use the Ticketmaster system to access seating plans of the venue, event details, directions and facilities available onsite as well as other useful information. Customers can pay for tickets by cash or cheque in all locations. Credit and debit cards can also be used at most sites. (Ticketmaster Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed at any UK Ticket Centres).

Please note that Ticket Centres cannot accept any phone calls regarding tickets. Once tickets have been purchased they cannot be exchanged, refunded, cancelled or replaced. Of the many events that Ticketmaster handles, the vast majority are available from Ticket Centres. However, occasionally there may be some that are not, for example, membership tickets for football matches. There are two different types of Ticket Centre: At one you will be given your tickets in your hand and in the other you will be given an A4 receipt and your tickets will be posted to your home address. Click here to see which sites have which service.

If you would like to check availability before you travel to a Ticket Centre please phone Ticketmaster on the appropriate number above.
