The Ticketmaster Gift Card ("Gift Card") currently can be used as full or part payment in the purchase of all tickets and many of the associated services sold via Ticketmaster telephone lines and at participating Ticket Centres. However, the Gift Card cannot be used for tickets to events outside of the United Kingdom. The Gift Card may not be redeemable at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centres or venue box offices. Please check your local outlet or venue about their Gift Card redemption policy.

Before using your Gift Card you will need to activate it - cards are delivered inactive for your security.

You will need your 6 or 7 digit booking reference number or a WHSmith registration scratch card.

If your Gift Card is a present for someone else you may wish to activate it first.

If you have received a Gift Card from one of our corporate partners, your card may have already been activated for your convenience. Please check your enclosed information.

Gift cards purchased as part of a WHSmith entertainment pack can only be activated online or by post using the registration card included in your pack.

The Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen.

Ticketmaster Gift Cards expire one year after purchase.
