Where can my Gift Card/e-Gift Card be used?
The Ticketmaster Gift Card/e-Gift Card currently can be used as full or part payment in the purchase of all tickets, and many of the associated services sold via Ticketmaster telephone lines and online. However, the Gift Card/e-Gift Card cannot be used for tickets to events outside of the United Kingdom. The Gift Card may not be redeemable at all venue box offices, e-Gift Cards are not redeemable at any venue box office. Please check your local venue about their Gift Card redemption policy.
Do I need to activate the Gift Card/e-Gift Card?
Gift Cards purchased from retail outlets are activated at time of purchase. e-Gift Cards are activated within 24 hours of purchase. If you have received a Gift Card from one of our corporate partners, your card will have already been activated for your convenience.
How do I check the balance on Gift Card/e-Gift Card?
Check your Gift Card/e-Gift Card balance here or by calling 0844 847 1640. You must have your Gift Card and PIN number available.
What happens if the Gift Card/e-Gift Card becomes lost or stolen?
The Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen. Your e-Gift card will be sent via email and you will have the ability to download a PDF version, which you can save for your convenience. Should you misplace your e-Gift Card, please call 0333 321 9999, however, you will be asked to provide proof of purchase.
Do Gift Cards/e-Gift Card have an Expiration date?
Ticketmaster Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards expire one year after purchase.
Can I use my Gift Card/e-Gift Card in other countries?
No, but you can purchase gift cards / e-cards from our other sites to be used in the specified country. Please ensure you purchase in the correct currency.
