• Where can my Gift Card be used?

  The Ticketmaster Gift Card ("Gift Card") currently can be used as full or part payment in the purchase of all tickets and many of the associated services sold via Ticketmaster telephone lines and online. However, the Gift Card cannot be used for tickets to events outside of the United Kingdom. The Gift Card may not be redeemable at all venue box offices. Please check your local venue about their Gift Card redemption policy.

• Do I need to activate the Gift Card?

  Cards purchased by phone or online prior to 20 October 2010 will require activation. You can activate these cards here online, simply click the \'Activate\' button above or call the automated response activation number 0844 847 2398.

  Cards purchased after 20 October 2010 are automatically active at time of purchase for your convenience.

  Cards purchased from retail outlets are activated at time of purchase.

  If you have received a Gift Card from one of our corporate partners, your card will have already been activated for your convenience.

• How do I check the balance on Gift Card

  Check your Gift Card balance here online or by calling 0844 847 2398. You must have your Gift Card and PIN number available.

• What happens if the Gift Card becomes lost or stolen

  The Gift Card is not replaceable if lost or stolen.

• Do Gift Cards have an Expiration date?

  Ticketmaster Gift Cards expire one year after purchase.
