Kids Week in the West End 2011 is now over

Kids Week in the West End 2011 is now over but don’t fear as it will return in 2012.

With 73,000 tickets sold and thousands of families having participated in more than 60 activities, workshops and events across London, Kids Week 2011 was a fantastic success.

Kids Week is all about encouraging young people to get involved in theatre. A child 16 and under can go free to any participating show when accompanied by an adult paying full price and up to two extra children’s tickets can be purchased at half price.

In addition, Kids Week offers a fantastic range of free activities, workshops and events. Whether it’s an energetic dance workshop with the cast of Mamma Mia!, a behind the scenes tour at the Old Vic theatre, or a jump rope workshop with Legally Blonde The Musical!, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

For family-friendly theatre news and information, plus ticket offers, competitions and fun theatre conversation, become a fan on Facebook (link to http://www.facebook.com/kidsweeklondon) and follow us on Twitter (link to http://twitter.com/KidsWeek).

See you next year!
