Ticketmaster aims to process online requests for accessible seating tickets as soon as they are received, but heavy volume can result in delays. So, while you may receive an email from a Ticketmaster e-care specialist within minutes after you have received the auto-acknowledgement, it could take up to 72 hours from submitting your request before the e-care specialist contacts you. Once the e-care specialist does contact you, he or she will work with you to process and complete your request (subject, of course, to ticket availability). Ticketmaster online allows customers with special seating requirements to purchase tickets for events whenever the event organiser or promoter has allowed Ticketmaster to sell those tickets. In instances where Ticketmaster does not have access to the seats that you require, we will endeavour to forward your request to the venue operators, who have the necessary knowledge to offer comprehensive and accurate advice on facilities and seating arrangements at their venues; or provide you with a contact telephone number in order that you receive the best possible service. Please read the information below carefully to ensure your request is handled in an efficient manner.
Customers requiring wheelchair and companion seating, please complete the disabled access request form. Your request will then be processed by Ticketmaster and you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone within 72 hours.
Customers with a registered disability; mobility, sight or hearing impairment, who have a requirement that we can facilitate, such as the need for a particular seating area, an aisle seat, easy access or limited stairs, please contact our 24 hour booking line on 0844 277 0750. The operator will endeavour to accommodate your particular requirements, subject to availability, if you explain your special needs.
Customers with a hearing impairment can book tickets in the normal manner on our web site or through the Ticketmaster 24 hour booking line on 0844 277 0750, explaining your requirements to the operator. Please be aware that many theatres have either a Hearing Loop System or an Infra Red Hearing System and these facilities can be used by arrangement with the box office at the time of the event. Alternatively, if these booking methods are unsuitable for your particular requirements, we do have a Typetalk Minicom System and you can call us direct on 0870 145 1178, or 0044 161 832 3975 for international customers, to book tickets.
Please note that this is only a request and, as such, does not guarantee tickets will be available. Your request will be processed within 72 hours. If the event you are requesting is less than 72 hours away, it might not always be possible to process your booking in time.
