The Great Moscow State Circus returns to the UK with a brand new show for 2007/8, bringing with it a 35 strong cast of Russia's greatest and most flexible circus performers that have never before been seen in the UK. Many of the award-winning acts are pushing the boundary of human physical ingenuity to its limits.                           

The newly devised show includes the Puzanovs springboard troupe, brimming with talent and raw energy, catapulting themselves across the stage. Members of the troupe are performing unique tricks only seen in this act, including five backward somersaults from the springboard on a single stilt! The Flying Dzhusoevs which include Olympic Bronze and World championship gold medallist Aleshin Maxim who performs the legendary triple somersault on the flying trapeze breathtaking Adagio balancing from Firebird who defy gravity and the laws of physics. Plus Andrey Voronin's Goucho act, Khil and Spira Illusionists. The death defying crossbow act of Pazpazor, who shoots a multiple crossbow across the circus ring until he fires into an apple balanced upon his own head and of course award-winning clowns, Valik and Valerik and the amazing Eskin Russia's last human cannon ball.

Traditional circuses are a rarity in many parts of the world today, but the Great Moscow State Circus is one troupe keeping the art form vividly alive in its centrally heated brand new state of the art big top, designed especially to house the shows complex rigging for this production.
