Inbound Call Agents

(Full and Part-time shifts available, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)

Do you have what is takes to be a success? We are currently recruiting Inbound Call Agents for our state-of-the-art call centre based in Manchester City Centre. These are challenging roles: answering incoming calls, booking tickets and providing advice to customers. Fantastic career progression and development opportunities are available. Previous call centre experience is not essential, as full training will be given. An excellent telephone manner, a genuine interest in customer service and basic computer skills are essential. Starting salary £6.00 per hour, rising to £6.20 after 3 months.
