Your child's pictures will be displayed throughout the story as an integral part of the narrative, as we watch Elbow saving Santa's presents from the good Elf turned bad.

Photographic & Name Permissions Form
Please note: Your photo will be uploaded to our database and deleted following your visit unless otherwise stated. All Children visiting the grotto will have the opportunity to have their picture and name captured before entering the Santa's Grotto at Westfield London.
By booking tickets you irrevocably consent to and authorise the use, publication and reproduction at any time by Westfield or anyone they authorize, of any and all photographs taken at the Santa Grotto of me or my child or both me and my child, as the case may be, with or without names for the 4D Personalised Santa's Grotto film.

No photos or cameras can we used within the Grotto

Miscellaneous
Santa's Grotto at Westfield London is placed within an outdoor structure and although enclosed we do advise wrapping up warm.

The Grottos are always managed with guidelines to times, and whilst we always endeavour to keep the Christmas spirit and not disappoint any children, the responsibility of missing the movie is with the parents. The whole experience will be sold as a one hour's grotto event.

Should you leave and return after your party has gone in/movie started, then you have missed your slot and will not be added on to walk ups, unless you pay again.
