Collect from the venue on the night when the doors open. Take the credit card used to make the booking and the TM refence number with you. The card holder will be required to sign for thetickets.

Children Rules:

Due to fire regulations anyone entering the theatre must have a valid ticket regardless of their age.
If there is no age restrictions for an event the following rules apply:
For Ballet and Opera events no children of three and under allowed in the auditorium.
The venue does allow babes in arms for all other events provided a valid ticket has been purchased
for the child.
