The Box Office is located at the Art Gallery and Library entrance to the Civic Centre.

Collect from the Concert Hall Box Office from 1 hour prior to the event. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.
