Box Office Hours

10:00 until show starts - Monday to Saturday.

Box Office Collection Accepted

Collect from the venue on the day of the show in the hour before the start of the performance. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Accessible Seating

The Piccadilly Theatre has no accessible toilet facilities on any level of the auditorium.

General Rules

No photography, video cameras or recording devices.

No refunds or exchanges in the circumstances that any actor is indisposed due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Latecomers Are not admitted To The Auditorium until the interval. (Approximately 1hr 20mins into the show).

Children Rules

No under 5’s.

5+ children are admitted but not encouraged unless the parent is confident that the child is old enough to be attentive to the performance and not a distraction for other members of the audience.

Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat.

Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children.
