The arena is located at the Newcastle end of Redheugh Bridge. By car: A1 North / South, take A184 to city centre and follow signs to the car parks.

Non event days: 10:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday), 09:30-15:30 (Saturday), closed on Sundays.
Event days: Open from 10:00 until main act goes on stage (Monday - Saturday).
Event Sundays: *Concerts* - open from 15:00 until the main act goes on stage. *Ice Hockey/Basketball* - open 1 hr before doors.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets may be collected at the box office from four weeks prior to the event, up until the day of the event itself. Take the credit card and Ticketmaster reference number as proof of purchase. The cardholder must be present to sign for the tickets.

Accessible Seating:

The venue is accessible for special needs customers. Please contact the venue direct on 0191 260 6066. There are special entrances at the front of the building and lifts available. There is also seating at floor level and the last row of tiered seating. 104 wheelchair spaces (helpers may accompany) - usage depends on configuration of event.

General Rules:

No cameras or recording devices allowed.
No food or drink to be taken into the arena.
The venue is non-smoking throughout

Children Rules:

There is no minimum age of admittance.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
