Directions:

Road route: From East Anglia, follow A12 to Chelmsford, then follow signs to site.
From north, south or west, take M25 to J.28, take A12 and at Chelmsford exit, follow signs to A1016 site entrance.

Parking:

Car parking is £5 in advance plus 75p booking fee or £10 on the gate. If you book in advance you will be sent a sticky pass, which should be displayed on your windscreen prior to arrival at the festival site. This will show you have paid in advance.

Public Transportation:

Nearest rail: Chelmsford. Pedestrians: Follow signposted pedestrian route.
Drop off /Pick up point: Located to be confirmed. This will be well lit, stewarded and signposted.

Box Office Hours:

Weekend and Single Day tickets can be purchased from the V2005 Box Office on the day. The Box Office is situated at Chelmsford Hylands Park Gate 1. The Box Office is open from 12 noon on Saturday and Sunday. Please note Camping tickets are not available.

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets left for collection can be picked up from the Box Office on the day. Please take your credit card and Ticketmaster reference number with you as you will be asked to sign for the tickets.

Accessible Seating:

For disabled bookings, please call 0870 060 3778, or alternatively they can be purchased from Hylands Park Tickets - Chelmsford Civic Theatre Box Office on: 01245 606505 or in person.

There will be a car park for the disabled, a special viewing platform on both outdoor stages and toilets for those with special needs, all stewards on site will be briefed on care and facilities.

General Rules:

Conditions will be printed on the reverse of tickets. See above for camping procedures.
No readmission with single-day tickets.
No alcohol, glass bottles, cans or illegal substances allowed in the concert arena.

Children Rules:

Accompanied children under five are admitted free.

Miscellaneous:

CAMPING:
1. Camping is not available with standard 2-day tickets. Ticket holders must leave the site and return next day.
2. Camping tickets are per person and NOT per tent.
3. The campsite is for tents only. No vehicles (i.e.camper vans or caravans) allowed in the camping area.
4. Camper vans and caravans ARE allowed in the concert parking site, but awnings and tents CANNOT be erected.
5. Customers must purchase a camping ticket to make use of any campsite facilities (incl. water taps, showers, late night food, convenience store and toilets.
6. Campfires are prohibited. Use camping gas stove for cooking.
7. You must only camp in the designated areas.
