For the 2010 UCI Mountain Bike Cross Country World Cup, follow the Brown Tourist signs to Dalby the Great Yorkshire Forest from Pickering on the A169 Whitby Road. Please note: do not follow GPS directions beyond Pickering, as these are misleading, please follow on road signage

By road: Via Thornton-le-Dale on the A170 Helmsley to Scarborough Road.

Box Office Hours:

For the 2010 UCI Mountain Bike Cross Country World Cup, the box office will be open from 8am for ticket collection and purchase

Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets held for collection can be collected from the on-site box office on the day of the event only when the gates open. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.

Accessible Seating:

For the 2010 UCI Mountain Bike Cross Country World Cup, wheelchair users may bring one carer included in the cost of their ticket. Please note the venue is a forest environment and therefore not all parts of the venue may be accessible

The venue has optional viewing area and disabled access toilets. For detailed information customers can contact the Forestry Commission on 01842 814612.

Assistance dogs are allowed on-site, however, patrons are warned that the live sound may disturb them.

Some events may include strobe lighting.

You are advised to bring folding chairs or rugs.
Food and drink will be available to buy at the venue, but you are welcome to bring your own picnic (note: certain container type exclusions in terms below).
No dogs allowed on site. Assistance dogs are permitted but the live sound may disturb the animal.
Some events may include Strobe lighting. Please ring closer to event to confirm.
Sensible footwear and clothing are advisable for forest venues.
Smoking is permitted in the venue.

Children Rules:

All children under 16 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Miscellaneous:

The event will continue regardless of weather, except in extreme circumstances. Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser and as long as the full ticket is returned within 28 days of the concert date. This is also applicable to the 2010 UCI Mountain Bike Cross Country World Cup.

The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
