Box Office Collection Accepted:

Tickets held for collection can be collected from the on-site box office on the day of the event only when the gates open. Please take the credit card used to make the booking and your Ticketmaster reference number with you.

Accessible Seating:

Assistance dogs are allowed on-site, however, patrons are warned that the live sound may disturb them.

Some events may include strobe lighting.

General Rules:

You are advised to bring folding chairs or rugs.
Food and drink will be available to buy at the venue, but you are welcome to bring your own picnic (note: certain container type exclusions in terms below).

Miscellaneous:

The event will continue regardless of weather, except in extreme circumstances. Tickets will only be refunded if the event is cancelled by the organiser and as long as the full ticket is returned within 28 days of the concert date.

The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
