Box Office Collection Accepted:

Collect from the venue on the day of the show from one hour before doors open. Take the credit card used to make the booking and Ticketmaster reference number with you. The cardholder will be required to sign for the tickets.

Letters of authorisation are accepted when collecting tickets at the box office, except in the instance that duplicate tickets have been requested.

No duplicate tickets will be issued for any standing shows at this venue.

Children Rules:

It is recommended that under 14 should be accompanied by an adult. Customers wishing to purchase a ticket for a baby are advised to contact the venue prior to booking. A "baby" is defined as a child under one year old, too young to be able to sit on a seat or to walk. All other children will require a paid ticket (and seat).
