The nearest car parking to the Bristol Hippodrome is at the Millennium Square secured car park, two minutes' walk from the theatre. The car park is at the end of Canons Way, off Anchor Road and is open until 00:30.Public Transportation:

The Bristol Hippodrome Box Office usual opening hours will soon be changing: with effect from Monday 24th August 2009, the venue Box Office will open to personal visitors from 12 Noon until 6pm (Monday to Saturday), with closing time extending to 15 minutes after curtain-up on performance evenings.Where a Sunday performance is scheduled, the box office will open two hours prior to evening curtain-up time. Any variations to this will be displayed on our theatre website www.bristolhippodrome.org.uk
The venue Box Office will not be open on Bank Holidays where performances are not scheduled, and Sunday opening hours will apply on Bank Holidays where performances are scheduled.

Bristol Hippodrome welcomes patrons with disabilities and special needs. Unfortunately the venue does not have a lift and access for wheelchairs is limited. Children Rules:
For children's shows and pantomimes, children under two years old will be admitted free. No ticket purchase will be necessary as long as they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.For other shows, children under two will not be admitted. Children aged two to fifteen may be admitted but will need to purchase a ticket, with any relevant discounts if available.
In all cases, the management have the right to ask that particularly noisy children be removed from the auditorium.
Miscellaneous:
Reserved seating for patrons is available on three levels: Stalls, grand circle and upper circle. Please be aware that seating in the upper circle is very high up and seating is on padded benches. These seats have a low back and do not have armrests.Restricted views: Boxes J to U offer a front, side view with access via stairs and may not be on sale for some productions. The same applies to the Upper Circle Row A1-16 and A 63-78 (slip seats), which are situated high above the front, side boxes and these too may not be on sale for all productions. The front safety rail may impair the view from Row B in the upper circle.
Boxes (for 2, 3 or 4 people) are not bookable online, and may have restricted viewing. Boxes cannot be part-sold. Please call 0844 847 2325 or visit the Box Office in person to check availability.
Surtitles: For many operas, a running English translation is displayed above the stage. These are visible from row P forwards in the stalls, from row G forwards in the grand circle, and in the upper circle.
