The Sainsbury's Grand Prix will descend upon the Alexander Stadium, Birmingham on Sunday 30 June, bringing an afternoon of action-packed drama back to the city.
As part of the prestigious Samsung Diamond League, this event features the world’s best athletes in what will be a star-studded line-up. The fast pace of this thrilling athletics meet will keep everyone glued to their seat from start to finish. Whether it is the drama of the 100 metres that gets your heart racing, or the breathtaking performances on the field, you will certainly not be disappointed.
Britain’s favourites, Mo Farah, Robbie Grabarz and Perri Shakes-Drayton have all competed at this event in recent years, along with global superstars such as Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Carmelita Jeter, Aries Merritt, Asafa Powell and Tyson Gay.
